ClarionCI

Description: ClarionCI is a private list for users of the Advanced Bionics cochlear implant. It is required that anyone applying for membership already have the AB implant, or have a surgery date for one. Also, parents of children with AB implants are invited. To apply, send your name, where you're from, when you were implanted or the date you will be implanted, which AB implant you have, and the name of your CI center to joinhearinglosslists@inbox.com and ask to join ClarionCI.

GHLA Supporters

The GHLA Supporters is a list geared towards helping the GHLA and thereby helping individuals all over the globe. They work together as a team to create new ideas, organize and develop them, and put them to work to help people like you. They encourage one another, support each other, and celebrate together as their dreams come to life. Guiding and teaching individual skills and knowledge, they put the plans into action to help those who struggle with hearing loss just as they do, that they may live the richest and happiest life possible. Hearing Aids-The Scam

Description: This list is about hard of hearing consumer rights and the unethical selling protocol for hearing aids. They objectively discuss issues regarding availability of hearing aids, the high cost, poor fitting, poor selection and poor satisfaction rate. Much information is NOT volunteered to those needing hearing aids. They steer you towards the truth - and away from sales pitches and the conflict of interest that hearing aid sellers cannot avoid.
